Yukon Partners Selects MVP Marketing + Design to Launch New Brand Identity
Minneapolis, March 1, 2008—Yukon Partners, which provides mezzanine capital to middle market businesses with a focus on transactions controlled by private equity sponsors, has chosen MVP to help launch its new brand identity and related marketing communications. Yukon’s transactions include buyouts, recapitalizations, and acquisitions; investments that take the form of subordinated debt, preferred equity, and minority common stock. MVP initially assisted Yukon with name generation services, and is in the process of creating the new company’s brand identity, Web site and corporate communications.
