To generate excitement around Scotch® Brand products including office and packaging tapes, mounting and adhesive solutions, 3M worked with MVP to create a year-long promotion. The Scotch® Brand Event used primary colors and graphics reminiscent of a carnival to heighten anticipation and draw the attention of office supply buyers.
